Very luxurious, quite well appointed. Pool very nice. Short walk to bus stop to go to Fira and Oia. Would stay here again when next in Santorini
Breakfast was quite average. Had to ask for bread and cups often. Variety ok though

Location was great , staff pretty much not that friendly , facilities definitely needed upgrading to the size of the property, most drinks at the bar weren’t available as you would image for a five star luxury hotel , and the breakfast buffet was cold every morning ,
Not enough sunbeds for the amount of people staying there , even though you can use the sister hotel up the street not enough there either , our jacuzzi was unusable from Saturday 24th due to a storm and dust , the patio area was cleaned the next day but the jacuzzi wasn’t and it wasn’t very pleasurable sitting out there after this as the beams overhead where full of dust and water , we did report this on the Saturday night and asked for a cloth so we could at least clean the table and chairs so we could sit out there , we where told under no circumstances where we to clean it ourselves and they would send someone , no one came until the normal cleaning the next day where the patio area was cleaned , jacuzzi wasn’t cleaned at all for the next few days , we did report this on our departure to which the manger said we should have come and reported it to him , we explained we had reported it to the girl on the desk at the time and what we where told ie they’d send someone I have enclosed photos as it really did put a damper on our last few days ,it wasn’t a pretty site , I have stayed in 2 3 and 4 star accommodation that was way beyond this , it wasn’t very relaxing as we taught .
