Great welcome. Excellent attention to detail. Home made shortbread with our coffee was tasty. Cleanliness was 10/10 quality of beding and furniture 10/10. Best sleep when away from home in years 😍

Everything about this stay was superb. The exceptional comfort, (the bed was devine),the warmth of our hosts Beth and John, who couldn’t do enough for us. Breakfast was cooked to order - I wish we’d stayed longer so I could have tried every option available. Genuinely the best breakfast I’ve had anywhere - the variety, the quality, the presentation, all incredible. Thank you both.

10/10 doesn’t do it justice. The room was so comfortable and clean. Everything you could possibly need and more is provided for your comfort. The breakfasts are incredible- such a range of choices and as we stayed for 6 nights we tried most of them! Beth & John are so welcoming and informative about local places to visit too. Really hope we will be back soon.

Rural location, very peaceful. Room and facilities are fantastic. Beth and John, the owners, are very professional and go out of their way to ensure that your stay is memorable. Breakfast came at an additional cost, however it was delicious and plentiful. Wonderful experience all round and perfect for both Linlithgo and the short train journey to Edinburgh. It was my partners 60th birthday during our stay, Beth and John presented her with a lovely card, cake and a bottle of Proseco.... They didn't have to do that, but they did. Absolute class!! Don't hesitate, just book... You will not be disappointed!!
