Azienda Agricola Fabbrica Di San Martino

The peace and solitude. Quiet at night with no passing traffic. This was the only place that we stayed that had milk in the fridge, probably 12-15 coffee pods. Large choice of biscuits, crackers, jams and some bread.

Not much really, having lived in this type of situation for most of my life it was almost home from home.

Great location, very charming appartment and super nice host. We will come back!

It is a beautiful property and we were warmly received by the owner. The property and rooms are charming and the surrounding nature is stunningly beautiful.

We had apartment 1. The property overall is a rustic Tuscan building forming part of a vineyard and farm a few miles from the centre of Lucca. So you must have a car. The apartment was spacious and had every convenience needed. Including a fully stocked kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine. It was very clean and the lovely hosts give you all the help you need to stay in Lucca. Parking is a few steps from your room. There is allocated seating near the building and around the lovely pool. No stress is allowed here. If you wanted to eat outside our table was in the shade under bushes or you could walk down to the poolside a couple of minutes further.
