We had apartment 1. The property overall is a rustic Tuscan building forming part of a vineyard and farm a few miles from the centre of Lucca. So you must have a car. The apartment was spacious and had every convenience needed. Including a fully stocked kitchen, a dishwasher and washing machine. It was very clean and the lovely hosts give you all the help you need to stay in Lucca. Parking is a few steps from your room. There is allocated seating near the building and around the lovely pool. No stress is allowed here. If you wanted to eat outside our table was in the shade under bushes or you could walk down to the poolside a couple of minutes further.

Everything was great

The owner, Giovanna, was very kind and helpful, and very generous with the food and beverage supplies provided in the room. The cleaning was done every day, and was of a very high standard. The suite was very large - much bigger than our expectations, and being a "historical" house, was very charming in aspects of design and materials. The location was perfect (quiet and beautiful) - we had many quiet walks, it was very peaceful and very little traffic in the area.
