A repeat visit as it is so lovely. Perfect location, exceptional and charming staff,clean and peaceful with the best breakfasts ever. We loved the pool,sitting on our balcony and having lunch or drinks by the pool. Dinner menu is quite small but there are also a few good restaurants in Cala San Vicente

A shame that the hotel have switched from providing pool towels to providing each room with two thin cloths which they call towels but are more like tablecloths. We were not the only guests regretting the change.

Ok i was really happy about that the pictures are really same as the hotel is. The pool area was fantastic. Quite, pool has perfect temperatue not hot not cold and it was 3 m deep on the last part of it. Vau. I really like if the pool is deep and you can dive. Then breakfest was fantastic buffet. So many fruit , so many other food. Really great. Our double room was fantastic size. I love the buratta salad from lunch menu on pool but...... thats all. The owner on the reception was really nice guy. He help yo uwith restaurant. Location of the hotel was really good for us. 10 minits driving from Pollenca. And 5 minits walking distance to small village.

I will never come back, the rooms was the worst ever i had. All rooms had same temperature of the aircon. So first night we had small room. We been hot so we ON the aircon but in 3minits was super cold. And all night on off on off. Didnt sleep all night. You canot control the temperature but also the speed of the fan. Then we change our room for double room downstar. Beccause the room was so big the aircon there wasnt anought. 1 hall of the aircon didnt work so it was super hot. So i put double bed in the middle of the room so one site of the bed was on aircon site the other no aircon site. So i was moving all night from one to other site. Then the people start to be unfriendly. English weiter in restaurant and bar she was starting to be so rude and arogant on me. Lunch menu its so poor. Chicken ceaser salad nothing to do with cesar salad. They call it 5star hotel. Whych is mean you should have room service 24h. Thats the diffrent bettwen 4 and 5 stars. No food after 10 pm. Also we payed 300 euro per night. And only first day we got 1 botle of watter included. Thats all. Pinacolada for 15 euro in the pool bar? OMG. Totaly overpriced drinks. Very disappointing i wanted to stay longer for 4 nights more but no way.
