Pros:
The hotel is located on the stunning beaches. The view from the hotel room is beautiful and calming. The room was quite big. We booked for half-board, and the meal was excellent! The buffet offer was different every day, so the money was worth it. They provide a variety of activities throughout the day. We liked our stay and would definitely select this hotel again if we visited Mallorca!
Cons:
Far from the airport. There was no shared transport available for people who did not drive, like ourselves. The hotel gave us a link to arrange shared transport, however, the transport operator informed me that they do not go to that location.
Half-board guests were only served soft drinks and coffee, whilst full-board guests were offered unlimited wines and certain cocktails, which I feel is unfair.
There were no spa or massage available for booking. It's unfortunate given that the hotel is four stars.
And we had to pay to use the safe in the room.
