Friendly and met our needs
At dinner one dish ordered was salty and full of soya sauce!

The breakfast was excellent. Location is lovely. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The room was quite small so did not feel like good value for the price.
There was heavy rain one evening and quite a lot of water came into the room under the balcony doors. We had to ask for beach towels to stem the flow

The breakfasts were good, but the cooked food mostly cold.
We were the first group of guests to arrive this year. The room was not ready and when it was there was no shower attachment, two lights did not work and the television had not been set up with the required passwords. The room was humid, with water pooling below the patio doors, due to condensation. The second day the key cards stopped working so we were given a conventional key. This worked for two days then had to be changed for another. One morning there was no hot water at all in the hotel, so the guests had to go without a morning wash.
