民宿Ann's House in Calgary

We enjoyed the amount of room we had staying here. The walk in shower was very nice. It was quiet in a neighborhood. The patio was pleasant to sit out on.

The couch was very worn out. It was uncomfortable to sit on it & to get up from as the cushions were worn out.

The house was clean offering ample light , a pleasant view of the trees, and situated in a tranquil neighborhood. The hosts were also polite and quiet.

Sounds like the bed sheets ware newly acquired, yet their quality was rather subpar, which regrettably for an uncomfortable night's sleep. . Another matter was the laundry service. it was located upstairs in the host's home and available only during specific hours. furthermore, this time constraint was not mentioned in their profile. This was not an ideal situation, as a guests who spent each day on extensive hikes, returning with dirty clothes it was quite stressful to ensure we were back in time.

The location on the edge of Calgary was convenient to get to. I enjoyed an evening walk around the neighborhood.

The bathroom door didn't close properly.

I like the location, how responsive the owner was, and how detailed property instructions were. The owners also cleared the snow in front of our bnb entrance quite soon after the snow.

There was old food in the fridge and a liquid mess at the bottom of the fridge when we arrived. The room heater in one of the rooms had a broken switch which meant that the heater barely ran the first night until they fixed it the next day. I also wish I would have known before booking that the owners prefer that you only have the heaters on when you are there, which meant we had to come back to a cold bnb and give the heaters an hour or so before the place became comfortable. We respected their rules, but I wouldn’t want to stay again if I can’t have a warm space for the entire time I’m in the bnb.
