    1 night stay. Nice hotel. Couldn’t find any ice machines and elevator down but otherwise great.

    Convenient location as we were needing to be close to highway and had activities planned at the Olympic park. The room was clean and nice, the black out curtains were great for getting rid of the light and sleep. The only thing is that the room was too hot. The temperature control is not air conditioning and it is tough to cool off the room. I would recommend a fan or something if available. My husband went to wash his hands In the sink and the handle came off in his hand. He did have tools to fix it so that was good. The staff is friendly as well.

    When a hotel uses its amenities to entice people to stay there, the amenities should be available. I checked in on Wednesday 06/03/26. I used the hot tub once,for the rest of my stay, 06/09/26 I was never able to use the hot tub again because it broke and was never repaired. All I got was "we are sorry"A simple 10% or 15% discount on my bill would have been much more appreciated than "we"re sorry"
