Friendly staff and excellent facilities. We really appreciated the daily service and having a swim and spa at the end of a busy day. Being close to the train was super helpful too.
Some more signage outside the hotel would be helpful for overseas guests who are driving.

Can be a little loud if your room is close to the stairs or the pool.

Very noisy in the evenings, items from room service left in room ,balcony but no chairs or table, no shelter for smoking and when we booked out no Thank you for your stay instead i got you can go now
