The quietness and cleanliness of the place. If you are looking for a break from the city for a weekend. This is the place.
No control over the thermostat. We felt a bit cold at night but it was manageable.

Location was great. The land was nice. Bedroom was okay. Quiet.
My room appeared to not be cleaned since the last person— female hygiene items in the trash, items in the drawers, made me question if the bedding was clean. Noticable dust around the room. Light had to be on for the TV to stay on as they ran on the same electrical line so it was hard to relax. Expected to pay extra deposit for a key. Shared bathroom so the gentleman left urine on the floor and his stuff everywhere. There was a sign saying don't put toilet paper in the toilet so there was a trash can full of sh*t. Unsanitary and unacceptable. Gross. No breakfast so this B&B was just a B.
