Hi
Room was good no internet connection and also had to pay an extra night for a room for late checkout , told me later I could have had to 1pm no mention of that !!!!very unfair irene johnsen

This was not a hotel I would stay in again. The rooms bathroom was extremely run down and the doors were so thin with a giant gap to the floor you can hear everything in the hallway as anyone and everyone walks by.

Booked a triple room and arrived in a room with only a double bed. Room service corrected this within 30 mins (which was an awkward wait) by converting the sofa into a bed. However, this meant no access to the window area, the only wardrobe and dressing table. So lots of storage options (& access to the safe & hair dryer) lost.
Towels and room facilities only for 2 (not 3 as explained to front desk). Wall lights loose and hanging off wall, cracked bathroom floor tiles, a warm fridge and stains on the carpet. Not 4* quality at all. Very disappointing, we will not return.

Room was small and dark down a basement stairs. Pillows were flat and of poor quality. Overall room was in need of refurbishment. Towels were limited and very worn down.
