    cleaness rating is fake, towes smills stink, Staff are nice and tried to help. i will not stay in this hotel again, will not trust agoda rating again and will not book thru agoda again.

    We had a very nice stay! The room was big, much bigger than I've had in any other hotel in London ever. Very clean, very delicate. The only negative is the horrible strong soapy smell in the reception area. Pleeeeease remove the diffuser.

    Nice hotel with the excellent location. Steps away from March Arch Station, easy access to shopping streets and Hyde Park. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

    We dropped bags off at the hotel, providing our details as our room wasn’t ready. We were attending a concert and upon our return later that night the hotel had clearly substantially overbooked as there were no rooms available (other guests were in the same situation) They told us we were being upgraded, which meant waiting around in reception and then walking along the road to the Cumberland Hotel, where we then had to wait around in their reception for a room to be arranged, it was possibly a nicer hotel but a lot of waiting & hanging around late at night isn’t ideal when you just want to go to bed., it should have been a quick 10 mins check in at most. We then had no towels so were unable to shower once we got to our room and after calling reception they were eventually brought to the room at midnight! Not the straightforward and stress free experience you expect when you arrive at a hotel!
