    One of the receptionist was very rude Amaan and the other was little bit biased. The elevator to our room was not working they didn’t even apologize for it we took the stairs for the whole 6 nights. There is no complimentary water and no vanity kit in bathroom. The toilet paper in bathroom is cheap quality. One lady was nice we saw when we checked out. Abdul was nice also these are the only two that they smiled to us. I sent a complain by email which I didn’t receive any reply from them which makes you wonder how this hotel is a 4 star hotel !

    Aircondition room during the heat wave. Very near to all transportation and shopping and halal eateries.

    We dropped bags off at the hotel, providing our details as our room wasn’t ready. We were attending a concert and upon our return later that night the hotel had clearly substantially overbooked as there were no rooms available (other guests were in the same situation) They told us we were being upgraded, which meant waiting around in reception and then walking along the road to the Cumberland Hotel, where we then had to wait around in their reception for a room to be arranged, it was possibly a nicer hotel but a lot of waiting & hanging around late at night isn’t ideal when you just want to go to bed., it should have been a quick 10 mins check in at most. We then had no towels so were unable to shower once we got to our room and after calling reception they were eventually brought to the room at midnight! Not the straightforward and stress free experience you expect when you arrive at a hotel!
