Clean, Modern Stay with Great Value and Secure Parking

We were very satisfied with our stay. The accommodation was clean, modern, and comfortable. The quality was excellent for the price, and we can highly recommend it to other travelers.

Parking was not free, but we appreciated that we could use a secure, covered underground garage. This was especially convenient during rainy weather.

convenient location, good sound isolation, strong AC, modern design. The rooms have everything for a comfortable stay.

The cleaning staff knocked on the door and then tried to open it with their key despite "Do Not Disturb" on the door and vocal indication not to come in HALF AN HOUR BEFORE THE CHECK OUT TIME. It happened twice. I would like to stress that, given other reviews pointing out similar problems, it is clearly not the cleaning personnel, but a management failure to both communicate to their staff why this is not OK and to implement measures to prevent it. Also, the concept of the window overlooking the inner yard, where any guests from the neighbouring rooms can just hang out, and having no access to fresh air, is not appealing to me. Also WAY too many flyers and information stands in the room.

I've stayed regularly for many years and it has always been a pleasure. The staff are lovely, very helpful, and always quick to deal with any issues that arise. The studio kitchens are well appointed and the beds comfortable.

The breakfast, though varied, of excellent quality, and very good, is also in the expensive side.

Nice hotel with parking in the city center

Location very close to the main square. Underground parking on site with the direct access to the hotel lift is very convenient and fairly priced (10€ / day), enough space for clothes and other stuff. Electric socket which works 24/7 even if the main switch (by card) is off when you leave the room

The atmosphere of the hotel is rather "business" than "leisure"

Perfect for my needs.

Location ideal for me. Staff very friendly. Loved having the kitchen area and a desk to work at. Wifi good. I'd travelled overnight from South Africa and they let me into my room early because I was so tired!

No fresh air if you have a room opening onto the covered central courtyard.

Since I have been to the new Harry's Home in Telfs, Austria, I was expecting the same level of brand new hotel experience. This hotel, however, is a little bit older, so the rooms are not feeling as brand new and modern as the ones in the other hotel.

Very nice!

Awesome staff, very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are ok, clean, the bathroom is big and also clean. The shower is awesome! 😀 The location is also nice, shops and restaurants all around. Overall, we enjoyed it a lot.

The breakfast was not included, but is was available for 18 euros.

Helpful friendly staff and bright rooms. Nice Italian restaurant nearby

Couldn't get into underground garage with motorbike as sensor wouldnt pick us up so a nightmare to go up to reception to check in and get key to open it. Same issue when leaving! Noisy outside at night and other occupants coming and going causing disturbed sleep.
