Do not stay

Very helpful and kind staff

Where to start ..upon entry of the hotel you are met with a lovely sewage smell, which doesn't carry to the upper floor where rooms are located as it is masked by the smell of cigarettes. The spa facilities were very dirty and unhygienic, the shower in the room was not sealed and leaked water all the way from the bathroom to the room. There were no services of advertised massage or facials (probably for our own good) and no options for dinner as the kitchen was closed. Breakfast was burned pastries and very tired fruit. The in-room phone kept on ringing through the night without anyone on the other side. Would NOT recommend to stay here.

Location

Where to start! We booked as a couple but only one set of towels. No soap at all in the container in the shower. Shower sealant has been bodged many times and the finish is appalling. Toilet seat hanging off, not secure. Bathroom smells damp , probably because the solid t big enough to rinse your face without splashing water on the unit and floor. Breakfast food uncovered and we saw flies landing on meat, cheese, butter and bread. The staff were pleasant on arrival though.

A pleasant stay on the edge of town

Had to stay over 2 days for a rainy pause on a bicycle tour. This was a nice experience with the Spa facilities and good food

Very friendly staff but not clean and safe for kids

The staff was super friendly and helpful

The location is a bit strange, in a shopping mall. The pool was cold and some tiles were missing. The water didn’t seem too clean as both my 1-year old and me had a rash after swimming. Our airco wasn’t working but that was nicely compensated with a free breakfast. Dinner was ok, the meat was not too fresh but French fries were good. Baby chair is not safe, as there is a strap missing.

The staff was very friendly, the spa was a little dated, but still very good, the breakfast was very good, the room was very nice and quiet and we had a lot of parking.

Business park location. Exterior a little run down. Staff so helpful, nothing to difficult. Unfortunately next door to very noisy restaurant. Room appeared to be directly above exit.

I can’t honestly say I liked anything.

The place is extremely run down, pictures do not reflect whatsoever. They were not ready for breakfast until 8:30, there is no reception. This was a quick stop for us, but we actually considered to leave, uncleanliness in the rooms were high and a smell that I cannot describe.

No warm water on the first day - but quickly fixed. The sealing of the Massage function in the shower should ne checked (room119), water was running out everywhere. Pools were not open, even if booking.com says they are in the FAQ.
