Nice hotel, pity about the manageress
Location, room, hotel restaurant, (mostly) friendly staff.
The schloss hotel manageress (?) - the lady in black! A most unfriendly, unwelcoming, arrogant, distanced person, who clearly needs guidance on best practices in hotel management. A pity, as the contrast with the friendly staff at the Sonne could not have been more stark

Ein wunderschönes Hotel zu akzeptablen Preisen!
Wir hatten aufgrund von Überbuchung ein Zimmer im Schlosshotel bekommen. Das war natürlich sehr angenehm. Es gibt eine Fahrradgarage für Fahrräder. Die Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeiter war wirklich herausragend!
Man muss sich darüber im Klaren sein, dass man nicht direkt in der Innenstadt ist. Aber innerhalb von 30 Minuten zu Fuß erreicht man diese ganz einfach.

Nous n’avons pas séjourné dans l’établissement, nous avons été transférés dans l’établissement voisin se situant en face, au Schloss Neutrauchburg. Établissement incroyable pour son histoire, le lieux, une expérience géniale. Chambre spacieuse soigneusement décorée. Les communs sont incroyables, le personnel très professionnel. Le petit déjeuner gargantuesque avec un choix pour tout le monde. Nous avons diné au restaurant Schloss-Gasthof Sonne, repas très agréable, bons et cuisine locale. Le parking gratuit à proximité.
