The hospitality team did a wonderful job and the breakfast with a spectacular view was so impressive. Swimming pool was taken good care of, and the playground was the bonus for our kid.

Great place away from the hustle bustle and stress of city life and work to recharge.

Great hospitality, one of the best I've experienced in Germany (and we all know hospitality doesn't really exist in Germany). Super friendly staff, going out of their way to accommodate. Super clean facilities and great facilities. Could have had some hotel run programs to keep the kids occupied, so the adults could experience the facilities some more (but maybe the Corona situation causes it). That could have been the cherry on an already yummy cake.

Location, location, location! You can’t beat this place for ambiance and the views. Room are comfortable and well laid out. My third visit always a delight!

Roads were tricky as the bridge was having work on it that went into town.

Alles, besonders das Essen und dass alles so sauber war. Wir waren im Februar dort und es hatte nicht viele Gäste. Es war unglaublich erholsam.

-Unklar bei der Buchung, was sich hinter der Zimmerbeschreibung wirklich verbirgt, z. B. geht der Bergblick nun in den Hinterhof oder zu den Alpen und in was für einem Gebäude befindet es sich. - Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes Zimmer, z. B. blättert der Lack von Tür und Fensterrahmen ab und die Balkontüre schloss nicht richtig. -Essen auf dem Buffet teilweise etwas kalt

Schöne Auszeit, kommen gerne wieder

Hervorzuheben ist die Freundlichkeit des Personals und die Gemütlichkeit im Empfangsbereich / offener Kamin / schöner Barbereich.

Der Wellnessbereich sowie das Schwimmbad sind in die Jahre gekommen. Positiv allerdings war die Temperatur des Hallenbads, man konnte gemütlich im Wasser verweilen.

Entspannte und genussvolle Tage

Frühstück und das Menü zum Abendessen ließen keine Wünsche offen, waren reichlich und sehr lecker zubereitet und präsentiert. Herausragende Mitarbeitende, die uns stets freundlich, aufmerksam und umsichtig begegneten. Ansprechende jahreszeitliche Dekoration im ganzen Haus. Gemütlicher Bar- / Loungebereich am Kamin, schöne Aussicht auf die gegenüberliegende Bergkette. Insgesamt eine bodenständige und traditionelle Atmosphäre und Einrichtung, ohne jedoch "altbacken" zu sein.

Einen abgeschlossenen Ruheraum im Spa- Bereich habe ich etwas vermisst, insgesamt ist dieser aber sehr gut und vielfältig ausgestattet. Im Zimmer wäre es gut gewesen, einzelne Lampen gezielt ein/ ausschalten zu können, was nur bei der Nachttischlampe möglich war - das tut der Gesamtausstattung aber keinen Abbruch.

Eine tolle Auswahl beim Frühstück und Abendessen mit regionalen Produkten und frischer Zubereitung. Der Service ist sehr gut, immer freundlich und ein lachen auf dem Gesicht. Zeigen Interesse an Ihren Gästen. Die Lage ist Top, eine tolle Aussicht auf die Berge.

Im Prinzip Hotel in perfekter Lage mit sehr guter Restauration aber mit deutlichem Renovierungsstau.

Tolle Lage, super Essen, sauber, schöne Lobby und Barbereich.

Kein Gepäcktransport, auch nicht bei Nachfrage! Garten, Schwimmbad und Wellnessbereich in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer ebenfalls „alte Pracht“ und nicht klimatisiert bzw. keine vernünftige Lüftung möglich! Wir haben sehr stark geschwitzt und der Nachtschlaf war massiv eingeschränkt!

Schönes Hotel in toller Lage mit sehr freundlichem Personal

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr freundliches Personal

Wir hatten anstatt der anscheinend üblichen Halbpension (war bei Booking nicht möglich) nur Frühstück gebucht und wollten deshalb abends à la carte essen. Der erstaunte Ober brachte uns dann die Karte. Das Essen war dann aber in zwei Positionen sehr schlecht, fast ungenießbar und vor allem versalzen. Die anderen beiden Bestellungen waren durchschnittlich, für das Gebotene zu teuer. Als ich daraufhin am nächsten Tag rekamierte, wurden uns wenigstens die beiden schlechten Portionen vom sehr freundlchen Chef gutgeschrieben.
