Everything was great but I forgot to say when booking that one of us was gluten I tolerant but reminded the desk on the first morning. We are yet to get gluten free bread as we did on the last time we were there.
Problems with machines for coffee and orange juice but difficulty communicating with one of the night porters who I think covered for the full time person.

My review refers to hotel stella as I was transferred there.Only complaint is that there wasn't even 1 channel in English on tv.

Car parking on site was a bonus (but had to be paid for). It was clean and the rooms were serviced every day. Its location was very convenient for the grotto and churches. The town’s restaurants and cafes were close by.
The breakfast was expensive for what was provided. Breakfast food provided on the table comprised one croissant and one third of a baguette. The other food that was located in the buffet (fruit, yoghurts, cheese and ham) did not have enough quantity for the numbers of guests and the food was not replaced when it ran out. Guests had to ask for missing food to be replaced.
