We are so happy with our stay, especially with the excellent air conditioning. During the very hot weather, with temperatures reaching 37°C, the AC was outstanding and made our stay very comfortable. The location was also perfect .very close to the Sanctuary of Our Lady of Lourdes Basilica, the airport shuttle from lourdes to airport , and several restaurants, making everything very convenient. From the beginning, the staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and welcoming. Whenever we requested anything, they provided it promptly and always with a big smile. The room was cleaned every day to a very high standard, and fresh towels were provided regularly. We really appreciated the attention to cleanliness and the care taken to make our stay comfortable. Overall, we truly appreciated the excellent service, cleanliness, convenient location, and wonderful hospitality. We would be very happy to stay here again and highly recommend this place!

A few small improvements could make the stay even better. The pillows were quite thin and seemed to lose their shape, so having thicker and more comfortable pillows would be appreciated. It would also have been nice to have complimentary welcome bottles of water upon arrival. Additionally, providing a basic tea and coffee facility in the room would be a welcome touch, especially for guests arriving after a long journey. These are only minor points, as overall we were very happy with our stay and the excellent service provided by the staff.

Photos non conformes à la réalité!! Moisissures au plafond de la salle de bain, vieillotte, très mâle insonorisée (ascenseur et bruits de couloirs et bruits des voisins!!!) Petit déjeuner minimaliste et sans qualité
