Good location. Nice lobby area
Overlooked by taller hotels, no views. Carpet in room needed cleaning. Slippery tub and floors

Breakfast was good. The location was also good.
There was a doorstop bolted to the floor to prevent the bathroom door from hitting the furniture... a nice countertop where you can place your luggage. I stubbed my toe on this doorstop really bad and was limping around Lourdes the next day. It is in a place where people are likely to stub their toe as they approach their luggage. I have no doubt that I am not the only one who has stubbed their toe on this. The owner/manager must address this!

The location is 3 mins walk from the Sanctuary, there are many restaurants nearby, also the staffs were really kind and friendly
The pillow is a bit uncomfortable buy it is fine.
