Great breakfast buffet. Friendly staff. Clean rooms that provides practically everything you need for your stay at Lourdes. Literally a few minutes walk to the Basilica and Groto gate entrance with absolutely no need for transportation to those sites. Will absolutely stay there again if lucky enough to return.

Neat and nice cool room. The breakfast was great and the staff were very polite and helpful. Five stars for us and highly recommended to everyone.

The receptionist Simona was amazing in enabling us to check in earlier than the check in time as per our email request.
Even on check out the lady at the reception on the day was helpful in enabling us to check out a bit later than the usual check out time.
I would highly recommend this hotel for the warm reception we got from the staff and it felt safe staying at the hotel.
