Modern and spacious T1 apartment by the Parque das Nações/EXPO Marina

Excellent accueil,beaucoup de patience de la part d’André qui a dû nous attendre très longtemps,la réception de notre voiture de location chez KW ayant durée plus d’une heure ,la faute d’un employé qui faisait du zèle pour nous vendre des options dont nous ne voulions pas.L’appartement est dans un quartier très agréable,éviter une trop grosse voiture pour l’accès au parking qui est un peu raide(mais on s’y fait)

This apartment was perfect for us because of it's location, close to the Altice Stadium, where we had tickets for a concert, so it was just a short stroll away along the waterfront. It is in a modern area, but the bus into the centre of Lisbon takes about 15 minutes, or a taxi cost less than 8 euros. The owner was available straight away via WhatsApp, answering all our questions and giving good local advice. I would certainly like to stay again.

Muita boa. Apartamento aconchegante

The apartment itself is relatively modern and well equipped. The location is wonderfully close to the waterfront. However, our enjoyment during the stay was affected by the amount of noise. The host kindly asked around and reported that there is no construction in the building, but it sounds like there is: constant banging, dragging, drilling, and hammering that sounds just on the other side of the wall from the bed. The noise started very early and continued very late. Perhaps someone has a construction-based hobby. The kitchen is excellent; it has everything you need to cook simple or complex meals. The bathroom is likewise well equipped; however, the bathtub is only for show. I tried to have a bath, but there is only enough hot water to fill it around 10 cm/4 inches. And repulsive brown goo came out of the jacuzzi jets. Clearly the bathtub has not been used or cleaned for a very long time. So, in all, this apartment is a good choice if you plan to cook, want to be close to the water, and are a heavy sleeper or do not sleep for very long.
