2-bedroom flat in Moscavide near FIL and Arena

Appartamento ampio e ben organizzato. Due camere da letto spaziose, soggiorno, bagno e cucina confortevoli. Proprietaria molto gentile e disponibile, con ottimi suggerimenti per il soggiorno. Metropolitana raggiungibile a piedi.

Mancanza di detersivo per la lavatrice. Assenza di scottex in cucina. Appartamento al terzo piano senza ascensore. Scale condominiali con forte odore di fumo, anche se l’odore non si percepisce all’interno dell’appartamento. Posizione non centrale, sebbene il centro sia facilmente raggiungibile in metropolitana.

Maybe should one more heater

We chose this location due to its closeness to rental car returns at the airport and the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints Temple and meeting house. Access to these were great. We also appreciated an early access to the facility. Also walking access to grocery stores and restaurants.

I felt the property was under supplied as we ended up only having one roll of toilet paper for three days and for 4 people. When asked we were told we should buy some more. While there were two bedrooms the pillows were very small and old. We also knew that there was no air conditioning which was fine as with windows open we got a nice breeze but there was only 1 fan and it would have been nice to have at least 1 more, one per bedroom at night.

It needs to make very clear, that the unit is at the 4th floor, equivalent to a 3rd floor in those countries that consider the ground floor not as the first floor There is no lift, nothing but a staircase It can be very extenuating for elderly people to take baggage’s up, to the unit That is the biggest issue
