The location was in a calm and safe neighbourhood, with large sidewalks, 15-20 minutes walk to the Vasco da Gama mall and Orient metro station. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking. The bedroom was nicely decorated and confortable.
Taking a shower in any of the 2 bathrooms resulted in a big poodle of water. The shower door does not close well and the entry is very tight, if you are a bit heavier, it is tricky to get in and out of the shower.The living room does not air out properly even if you leave the windows open all day. The couch could use a cleaning, the bathrooms an update. Also, a solid laundry drying rack would be very useful and a tray for the oven so you can cook.
