À notre arrivée, Sylvie nous attendait pour nous donner accès à l'appartement. Elle nous a aussi expliqué qu'il y avait un petit souci d'eau chaude qui touchait tout l'édifice. Les techniciens étaient sur place pour régler tout ça. Malheureusement, ceci n'a pas été possible. Nous avons dû trouver un autre appartement. Bien entendu, nous voulions au moins l'équivalent que ce nous avions. Sylvie a communiqué avec les proprios de Casa Gil, a fait tout son possible pour nous accomoder. Nous avons finalement trouvé un appartement équivalent à ce que nous avions à Casa Gil. Le prix était beaucoup plus cher. Sylvie pour nous accomoder nous a offert de passer la première nuit à l'appartement et de repartir le lendemain pour le nouvel appartement. Sylvie a été exceptionnelle et a géré le tout d'une main de maître.
Dommage pour les problèmes d'eau chaude, l'appartement était super et très bien équipé.
