The location near the airport was super, it was cleaned well and nicely designed.
Just two little things, we couldn't get the bathroom door to shut all the way and the lack of a dim light for the evening.

The location is convenient and the complimentary water, tea and coffee was an extra perk!
The shower floor doesn’t have great drainage so the floor got quite wet and soggy.

Very convenient location for the airport (10-15 min on foot); comfy bed; easy check-in & -out; cleanliness.
The space was rather limited, especially the washroom (not a big problem for me, a solo traveller just for a transit, though).

Being 82 years old and my wife 79, we did not appreciate being placed in an upstairs room via extremely steep and dangerous staircase. Having to haul both heavy suitcases up the stairs was NOT COOL. Your advertising should in future include the information that there is no lift, and that your establishment is not advisable for the elderly. Had i known, I would have gone to a regular hotel. The accommodation was very basic.
