Espaço muito amplo do apartamento, da cozinha e do banheiro (muito moderno com ducha forte e quente), rua tranquila e arborizada, decoração agradável, proximidade de um parque e do mar, silêncio à noite, qualidade do prédio do apartamento, proximidade de mercadinho, estacionamento na rua em frente ao prédio.
Um pouco longe das atrações turísticas (40 a 50 min de ônibus ou metro), porém, é justamente o que garante a paz e o silênio do bairro. As ruas estão seguras para caminhar com tranquilidade até o metro Oriente onde tem um lindo shopping center atrás da famosa "Praça das Nações" em beira mar. Poderia ter um mapa para localizar no Oriente o ponto de ônibus 708 que foi difícil de achar.

It had everything we needed and was very comfortable and spacious.
The key to the door was difficult to work jammed almost every time and that one boy we had to have the owner come and open the door for us. But if the door lock gets replaced, then there is nothing else that would be a problem.

Nice location outside of Lisbon; underground parking was a bonus. Toiletries provided. Washing machine was nice to have.
Silverfish/bugs in bathroom. Too much clutter/junk in the apartment. Uncomfortable pillows on bed. Cot in living room took up space and we didn't need it or ask for it. I don't see this cot in the listing photos. Dishwasher is missing the knob and didn't work for us.
