Apartment has so much to offer, it would just need few minor tweaks to be perfect. It is good location - still in the city, but not in the center. Very near metro station, easy to explore Lisbon. Price was reasonable, rooms are spacious, it looks recently renovated. We came by car and although they state there is no parking, we could find a spot on the public parking just next to the entrance. Just be aware that over the day maximum parking time is 4h. You can buy multiple tickets one after another, but not with EasyPark which only allows you total 4 hours in a day. In Lisbon they support 3 different apps for paying parking. If you pay first 4 hours with one and second with other, you are good.

It was on the top floor and we arrived in the evening and it was very hot inside 28degC or so - without AC. Lisbon is usually not so hot, but this was top floor and not vented well. We needed two nights of all windows open to get a little better temperatures. It was difficult to sleep under this conditions. The mattresses were not too comfortable. You could feel springs. Specially on second bedroom where kids were sleeping. This is really a shame as good replacement mattresses would not be too expensive and would give much better experience. In the bathroom, shower was really small. 70x90cm. We are thin, but if you have some weight you would have difficult time getting in and out. Also shower curtain is really annoying - it sticks to you when you want to shower. After showering whole bathroom floor is wet. There is dishwasher, but no dishwasher tablets. Cleaning ladies were kind, but in the same time they were really surprised when we asked them if they have any tablet for the dishwasher. They didn't have any. Part of the apartment has windows to the inner side of the building. If you have window open for venting and light on whole living room is on display for your neighbors. On the walls they were correcting some paint, but the painter didn't pick same color (not glossy as original) and not there are visible patches everywhere they were correcting that. Apartment is nicely renovated but this looks very cheap.

There is no early coming check-in

Instead of using bedsheets there should be blankets as it was cold , if it's queen size bed should be queen size blanket . Offered very small blankets ,for kids is good but for adults is smaller .
