I was given a room which has the best possible view of the lake. For this reason and that the scrambled eggs at breakfast were the best I have ever had, I scored it 8. The breakfast and breakfast room were very nice. The lakeside location is wonderful. There is a tram stop and restaurants close by.
I am glad that I was there before the heatwave really started because the room has no air conditioning or even a fan. There is a balcony door and window which can be opened at night. The room furnishings and fittings (apart from the modernised shower) are out of date and inadequate. The rooms deserve a makeover. The lady receptionist could have been more welcoming.

The location was fantastic! Right on the main town square and I was lucky enough to have a lake view on a sunny day, it was wonderful. The breakfast buffet in the morning is well worth waking up a little earlier for. It was great. The shower pressure was really good.
My pillow was a little lumpy, but I switched it out for two cushions that had been lying on the bed and it was perfect. Everything else exceeded my expectations.

Perfectly located in the city center. Breakfast is really good with good options to choose from. The hotel restaurant has very nice parts.
The single rooms are sort of retro 90s style. Some of the facilities in the bathroom were broken or already used like not replaced. There’s a lack of water pressure in the shower. The room equipment seems to be aged, like for examples the TV set.
