We had a great time. Large Villa, big pool, host was easily contactable and so close to the main streets in Seminyak. Couldn’t hear outside noise. We enjoyed our time and would go back.

Best location and the layout is so good for groups!
The showers aren’t necessarily as good as some villas where you have the outdoor Bali vibe.

Villa was clean and tidy and very comfortable for 3 adults and 3 young children. the pool was massive and the kids had the best time in the pool, Sintya cooked beautiful breakfast for us each morning and keep the villa and bedroom clean and tidy. She was very accommodating and also ready to help with what we might need. Mr Joko was very responsive and arranged massage therapist for us at late notice.
Some of the easthetic needs replacement such as the bed curtain has burn holes on them, the tap faucet squirts in all directions etc. minor things that does not impact on the function of things. The Villa is located at the end of the alley way which was about 200m to the main street - though it did have the biggest pool compared to other villas. I wouldn't want to walk that alley way at night with the three children. The location is not the best for young kids. Not close to the beach at all. Most transport are by car/taxi
