The size. Location. Privacy. The pool. It was comfortable and stunning. Buffet breakfast next door at Villa lumbung is great. Staff lovely, but we were out mostly during the day anyway. Loved the bathrooms. Great house . Large beds. Lots of privacy and space
Canal at the back (behind a high wall, but there was an opening needing repair? Bit pongy at times. Mostly didn’t bother us though Asked for Pool lights to turn on at6pm, not 10pm, as it’s a highlight to watch the pool and not swim in a dark pool :-) but didn’t happen

Location was perfect to get around Seminyak. The Villa was big enough for our whole family.

Cozy villa, very nice layout with the patio overlooking the pool.
Maintenance can be better. Bath towels smell, several of the bulbs were not working and the living room air conditioner was blowing warm air. Fridge was not very clean. Tables and chairs were dusty when we checked in.
