Good breakfast, nice and comfortable rooms, great view.

The staff were lovely. Couldn't have accommodated more. Apologised for the renovation and change of name next month so glad we experienced it as Gaston. Lots of nice biscuits, chocolates as souvenirs. Great location short walk to metro. Massive TV but buttons weren't working properly on remote.

Bit disappointed that the room was opposite the lift. So walls are thin, can hear it all and people trying to open our door. There were hairs and not really cleaned plus towels not on bed so had to set it up. Very small bathroom and room for what we paid.

In a quiet area of Paris, some lovely restaurants, bars and shops near by and within walking distance to several metro stations for short trip into central Paris. Staff extremely helpful and polite. Breakfast was continental and enough choice. Rooms were very clean and comfortable and recently decorated.

Unexpected refurbishment happening across the 1st 3 floors and basement of hotel. This wasn’t mentioned when making booking although this has been going on for several months now. It didn’t impact our stay but would have been nice to know this work was on going when making booking.

The hotel is still undergoing renovations and they didn't notify me so I could cancel and go to another hotel. It was quite uncomfortable being surrounded by construction workers throughout the building. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was not a buffet at all; they only offered coffee, kiwi, orange juice, one croissant, and a boiled egg. On top of that, you had to drink your coffee right in front of the workers, a lot of noise and discomfort. The room had a main light that couldn't be turned off; you had to remove the room key card to switch it off. The hotel told us it was a problem with the instalation since the room had been recently renovated, but they couldn't fix it. Luckily, we went in April, a cooler time of year, so turning off the air conditioning to sleep wasn't an issue. I definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.
