Breakfast was ok, towels changed every day, verry clean, good staff

18 square meter room was not 18 square meter at all

Nice location. Our daughter enjoyed the pool though it was a bit cold for us. There was a wide selection of food and drinks and desserts for breakfast: there is something for everybody. Check-in and checkout is easy and smooth, and they got a cab to the airport very early in the morning for my wife with no hassles, on time, for the price they quoted. The room, and hotel, was neat and clean, although small, as you will see below.

The only complaint is that what is called a “triple room” is not an actual triple room, but a room where a third bed has been shoehorned in. The rooms are tiny, tiny, tiny. There’s no place for luggage once you have that third bed in there. It would have been adequate for a couple, but not for a third person. I’m not sure if all the rooms are the same size (they may be; this is an old building), but I wouldn’t return to the hotel with a party of three, if that is in fact the size room we would get again.

Certain of the reception staff are very uninterested in their guest. The rooms are very small and housekeeping needs to improve on overall cleanliness. Inter room sound insulation is very poor and at times we could hear our adjacent neighbors conversations. The breakfast is very limited with Western food options but the fresh bread rolls makes up.
