Very friendly helpful staff, free upgrade, great position and comfortable bed and room. Breakfast was nice.
A few more provisions in the bathroom would have helped, such as tissues, moisturiser, more conditioner and more toilet paper, rolls.

It is an amazing hotel to stay at. Very centrally located, although a slight walk away from the Blue Mosque and Hagia. Will return if opportunity allow

The location was perfect and the staff gave excellent service.
I could hear noice from the other rooms and I could also hear water getting into the tanks in the bathroom from my bed.
