Kurban Otel

L’hôtel est situé dans un quartier vivant. Proche de tous les transports (tram littéralement en face, métro & train à 10 mins). L’accueil était exceptionnel, un grand merci à Mahmoud de l’accueil qui a été vraiment très accueillant et très professionnel. Le petit dej est simple mais efficace avec tout ce qu’il faut. Ils ont été très flexibles sur la date d’arrivée et la date départ.

Peut être un meilleur (plus fréquent) ménage des toilettes.

العزل لايوجد،تحس روحك في الخارج الفطور تحت المتوسط نفس الفطور لايتغير حتى اصبحنا نشري طعام من الخارج يغيرون المناشف كل يوم فقط دون تنظيف الحمام

Breakfast below average

The location was very good walking distance from main attractions .Tram T1 was perfect . The linen and towels were clean, there was wall mounted shampoo and soap. The breakfast was Ok however I missed some fruit and juice. The staff was friendly . Only one spoke fluent English, but all others were friendly and trying to help. The lady from the kitchen gave us home made good bread and cake the last day which was not in the regular breakfast. So the staff was really nice and helpful. And the air conditioner was working which we needed.

During the 3 days we moved 3 times. Main problems: 1st room - the wall and ceiling painting was dirty in many places and was coming down, dirty shower , in the room a double and a single bed was squeezed (as per the booking we could select a double or a twin room). We did not complain but coming back the first day evening the receptionist informed us that they move us into an another room. 2nd room - clean walls , but the same setup a double+ a single bed in the room , it turned out that in this hotel all the rooms are family rooms which means a double + a single bed, which would be OK if this is not squeezed in a normal size room. Here the shower was as dirty as in the previous room plus the tiny handwasher's tap was not working, the window could not be closed completely and this room faced the street. So it was noisy. When we left to the city we informed the staff about the problem and asked them to fix. 3rd room -The tap was fixed but the window could not be and the staff offered us a new room. They let us check before the move.The walls were OK and the tap and window as well. So we moved the 3rd time. We stayed here 2 more nights. The room bathroom , specially the shower part was dirty but we got used with it by this time. Also an unknown pipeline was going next to this room and sometimes it gave us the impression that an airplane is taking off nearby. We started to feel some nostalgy towards the 2nd room where the window could not be closed....:-) I booked the hotel early this year and before our trip in the end of May, I did not check once more the reviews arriving since . It was a big mistake, since there were some notable ones. Luckily we could pass over these things with my friend and had a good stay in Istanbul.
