Receptionist is so rude. We came across with unexpected burden. We booked via Agoda this hotel. Check in time is written on this website 12 am. We have to wait for the room so long. Breakfast is also unsatisfactory.

Uncooperative front desk, extremely loud construction during our stay without any prior notice and not caring about our requests to improve the situation, blocking the elevator so we had to use the stairs (my parents are 70 years old with heart problems), dust and construction tools in front of our room, broken shower, borken tv, no facilities such as a cup or disposable sandals in the room, extremely awful smell in the room (like fresh faeces). We made several polite requests to improve the situation but they didn't care. We asked to help us book a taxi, and they did not help. It was the worst stay ever. We asked for a cup of hot water, they asked for money! Avoid booking this place if you care about your peace and comfort.
I have photos and videos to present to anyone who cares and needs a proof. I tried to upload the photos but they failed.
They should refund my money for all the trouble and discomfort they caused us.

I was on a cruise departing from Istanbul. I stayed one night before the cruise and then another 3 nights after because I liked the location and most of all the friendly and helpful attitude of the staff. I would stay again, thank you!

The hotel is located in Fatih, in the center of Istanbul. It is about 40 minutes from Istanbul Airport (IST). A yellow taxi costs approximately €35–€45. The hotel offers an affordable price for its central location. It is a small but good hotel, and the staff are helpful. The hotel is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very basic (one-star quality) with no variety. Shops and grocery stores are nearby, and the train station is only a 5-minute walk away.
