Superb view. Mountain, forest...

The bathroom smells like sewage.

Breakfast was good, room was spacious ,comfortable and large bed. Large bathtub , parking was free and close to reception ,and crew helped carry the luggage to the room. Green environment and beautiful forest around the hotel . Free pool table and potentially outdoor jacuzzi and sauna ,but we didn't use them.

Room was not cleaned well, the carpet was sticky , no kattle to prepare tea in the room unless you go to request hot water from the front desk and then they charge you for the tea bags. Same ones that they offer freely at breakfast ... A small minibar so cooling big bottles of water was impossible . No way to take a standing shower without water getting out ti the floor and overflowing . Worst thing was that the hotel was hosting a wedding at one of the evenings without notifying us as guests not related to the party, which was very loud and lasted late into the night , also made several facilities unavailable like the hot tub and the pool table . If we knew in advance we would have either stayed late in the evening in Brasov or shorten our stay at the hotel. When we complained to the front desk, they just said that the event will be over soon , but it still took a couple of hours to end , and they offered no solution or compensation for our inconvenience .

The location was nice and very peaceful. The back garden was big with plenty of space to stay outdoors. Not far from city centre, restaurants or small shops for water and snacks. The breakfast was nice, with good options, but lacking in some fruits and vegetables. The room was clean and the place overall was clean and well maintained.

The room description did not matched the rooms that we had. 2 separate bedrooms, 1 living room and garden view = did not existed. We had a loft apartment, with very steep stairs, open rooms, no privacy and no livingroom area (not at least as most of the places described like this has) and a view over the carpark. Those stairs up the room and in the apartment with a toddler were9 a nightmare. We had a short stay but i would like to return for a better experience. The staff has to be more knowledgeable about the hiking trails around the property or at least the roads around it or lift chairs options, as that's why you're going to the location, for the nature.

I like that they cleaned the room, I like the location of the hotel and the view of the mountains, big room with cozy bed and a big bathtub. Also the staff is friendly.

they didn’t invest money in renovating, some appliances were just patched up, the door from the bathroom was broken, no soundproofing at all, we could hear everything from other guests, noise all the time, even if someone moves a chair you can hear it, kids screaming and crying and even if we put the “ do not disturb “ sign, they still knocked in the morning. breakfast was good, but they can add more types of foods, the food from the restaurant was not that good, we ordered a burger and the meat was almost raw inside. didn’t tried other foods but the burger is a nope.
