Overall our experience here was great. It is a quiet nice place and we had almost everything we needed in our rooms. Also, even though we were a bit late for a check in, we were able to find an employee, a nice young man, who helped to check us in
First of all, the soap and shower gel bottles were empty, which is unfortunate. Also floor in the bathroom is quite slippery and there was no bathroom mat. Then in the morning we couldn't find any worker to check out so we had to simply leave our key at the reception. And the most upsetting thing is that no one at the reception picks up calls, we weren't able to order coffee or breakfast into our room, even though the flyer inside told that we can

Broken door frames - bath and entrance to the room, broken shower holder, broken tv controller, no communication from hosts.
