Great location, spatious room, good price

Old furniture, some malfunctions in the bathroom.

We’ve had a super spacious apartment. Extra large bedroom and mega large living room and well heated. Staff people did their best to accommodate customers.

Nothing updated since years most probably, TVs controllers didn’t worked properly and staff said they couldn’t fix it, creaking doors and cardboard walls, we felt every guest who entered their room like they was there with us. Bathroom without shower curtain and old bath tub with jacuzzi broken. We had a big snow storm and customers had to pay some guys to clean the parking lot so we can move the cars…the staff couldn’t clean walking spaces from entrances and they were never available at reception because they also worked at Simona’s Halep new hotel. No shuttle bus for ski slopes available even with extra-costs required. Local transfer is available, still too crowded to be used often.

We really loved the breakfast at the hotel next door, and the room was very big. The hotel is very clean, and kept clean every day. The location is nice and central, yet quite.

They have no breakfast. The hotel is old and starts to fall apart like tiles etc. The staff is nice but not very informative and was very focused on bureaucracy rather than welcoming us. The biggest disappointment was that they present in the pics a playground for kids, and in reality there is nothing! Just a hole in the ground. Our toddler was really disappointed 😞

Comfy bed and nice bathroom

Room is tight. Not enough power sockets either you have bed side lamp or charger for your electronics… unnecessary cabinets takeout needed space. Not all light working neither safe for valuable belongings. Receptionist never on her post. Rooms not sound proof can easily be awaken by people on corridors
