Every single thing was on point.
Breakfast was well organised.
Cleanliness was extraordinary.
Stafff was very very very friendly and helpful.
Location was great, there’s a shop and a pharmacy in a 3 minute- walk.
So, everything was on point. Spent there 4 days and had nothing to comment about.

The quality and the openness of the staff.
I would go for bigger bedsheets that would cover the entire mattress, however it didn't bother us.

The room was clean and it was very well heated in the winter.
The hotel was clean and the food was good and fresh.
The breakfast was really nice but it started at 8.30 , totally random like no other ski hotel. It should start at 7-7.30.
Since the ski transport starts at 9, it was really bad because we needed to lose 1 hour from the ski day in the morning to be able to eat ( the hotel is also 20 minutes walk from the ski slope). This was really bad.
The WC was not functioning correctly and you needed to press some stuff to make it work and there was a paper about that. That is not acceptable for a hotel.
