It was in the nice place, we enjoyed the spa

We were little disappointed with this place because it was advertised as an apartment, but it didn’t provide the basic facilities you would expect. The kitchen was almost completely empty. There wasn’t even a knife to cut food, no dishwashing detergent, and no stove or cooktop to prepare meals. It only had a few plates and glasses. There was also no iron. In reality, this is more like a standard hotel room than an apartment. If you are looking for a place where you can cook or do laundry during your stay, this is not the right choice. The facilities are also quite worn out. It looks like the property was nice a few years ago, but it has not been well maintained. The showers were leaking, and there were small things throughout the apartment that were broken or not working properly. Overall, it gave the impression that the place needs renovation and better maintenance. The Wi-Fi was unreliable, and there were no streaming services such as Netflix available on the TVs. Overall, it did not feel like a comfortable apartment for a longer stay. It lacked many of the basic amenities and conveniences that guests would reasonably expect from accommodation advertised as an apartment.

All wellness facilities were extra charged. The apartment is cleaned with very strong smelling chemicals. You actually need to wait in the reception for the employees to check the apartment after checking out to release security deposit.

Nice mountain location, the staff was nice.

The spa was disappointing (indoor pool too cold, sauna with loud pop music, jacuzzi not powerful, outdoor pool with loads of kids being thrown in the air..). Plus to access it from your room you have to walk outside in the parking lot and up some stairs in your robe, there is no tunnel between the buildings. From the marketing, we thought it would be a calm luxury place, but instead we found an average family oriented hotel. The room was okay, though the duvet was too short and the A/C didn’t work. The view was also underwhelming, yes we saw the mountain, but we also mainly saw the parking lot. No complimentary water or anything.
