Lovely pool and spa, everything very clean and staff very attentive, but a mixture of cheerful and a bit sullen. Breakfast good. Although we weren’t skiing or walking, it was a good place for both.
Bedroom too hot and stuffy, even after radiators off and door open. Bed was hard and no kettle in room or coffee available elsewhere.

The hotel is well located with parking, nice spa (I would like to recognise Michaela’s professionalism with treatment).
The hotel has a great and big swimming pool.
The breakfast was also good quality
Nothing special to report. Maybe it would be nice to have a kettle in the room.

- Ski school and equipment hire was very good
- Front desk / reception - English was NONEXISTENT! Surprisingly so
- Reataurant food was too terrible. I’m not surprised that the restaurant was empty every evening!
- Breakfast was the same every day
