Dissapointed

The location is nice because it is in the nature. The receptionist before finishing her working hours send me pictures were to find a key to the room.

The pillows were without covers and there was no one who I could contact about this problem (I came around 8:30pm). And those pillows were dirty. I had to use a towel to cover the pillows. The breakfast was quite poor for this price.

Unhelpful staff and sleepless nights

We stayed in a standard room, which is located about a 5-minute walk from the main building. In the photos it looks much better than in real life. The smell inside was very bad. But the worst part was the noise isolation - or rather, the complete lack of it. We could hear every sneeze, every conversation on the street, in the hallway, and in the neighboring rooms. It was simply impossible to sleep. To make matters worse, on our first night, our neighbors decided to throw a party right under our windows - with loud music, alcohol, and singing. And there was no one to complain to, because the reception had already closed at 7 PM. We still sent a message and even shared a video with the administrator, but received no response - not even the next day.

Breakfast was good.

It was very hot,the air conditioner is not worked properly. The bathroom also not cleaned properly.I found hair in shower. Also there is no trash bin in the main room,you need throw all trashes in bathroom.

Everything was excellent! Only one thing- we didn’t notice, that there is no fridge/minibar. In hot summer day would be nice to hold some drinks in the fridge.

We very much enjoyed the stay.

Very nice location with breathtaking views over golf courses. Large room, suite was quarter of the guesthouse with separate bedroom and 2 large bathrooms. Exceptionally kind personal. Breakfast was served individually to us and was more than enough.

Bad experience with staff

Good location, nice view.

Staff- it was really bad experience with reception. We booked for one night and wanted to reserve golf course, bbq some meals and just have a good time. Unfortunetely, at the recption we were told that we cant book golf course, there is no place for bbq and restaurant was closed for a night. Receptionist was very rude, didint answer questions normal- just sarcastically told us that we cant do mentioned things. Also, breakfast was really sad to look at- some yoghurt, water, juice and eggs was prepared with old meat. Another thing, staff didint wear masks when people were coming in, so it lookef really unsafe for us.

Thanks a lot very much for your very warm welcome and a giving a hand during arrival (we arrived too late) to the registration desk. Also, great thanks for the opportunity to have a late check out due to the golf competition. The place is amazing. The front desk is working very well.

Unfortunately, towels were not changed during all our stay (3 days). Another problem- food in the restaurant. Breakfast poor, food for kids during the competition was really poor and not tasty. Unfortunately, even the kids' favorite food- the pasta was in a quality that kids did not want to eat. There are no cocktails in the bar, while the personnel working in the bar were very nice and friendly.

Слабый напор воды в душе. Было много пауков в номере. Природа, так бывает🙈 приходилось с ними дружить 😅
