Отличное место. Чисто, тепло, уютно. Есть вся необходимая мебель и приборы. Были зимой и было тепло, отопление работает отлично. Рядом море. Есть парковка и удобный подьезд.

The beach is very close.
All the apartment equipment is outdated.

There were three separate bedrooms. The location was good, close to the beach.
The kitchen was really, really small, and the cutlery, plates, cups, glasses etc were dirty. No dishwasher. Only 3 of the 4 plates of the stove worked (one large one did not work at all). The host didn't "remember" which one of the WiFi's was for the quests, and the password we were given did not work on any of them.
