Top location for families with kids

Top location - there is a big playground just oustide the house. And easy to walk to the oldtown by the river. Enough of pillows, kitchen stuff, sugar, salt etc. There was also flat iron. The apartment was warm enough in November. It was quiet, good for sleep.

Interior is a bit outdated but we didn't care about that.

The location is perfect to explore Klaipėda, or to just have a calm stay. The owner is helpful, responsive, they let us check in a bit earlier and even offered a free cancellation because of a slight inconvenience they could not control. Apartment is cozy, easy to access (on the first floor), everything you need is right there

Location was good, near center. The owner was very friendly.

Bed where we was sleeping was very uncomfortable and making noises. Bathroom wasn't that clean. Would be time also to change some furniture which make apartament not so good looking. And it was very cold inside the apartment..

Good location, comfortable bed, heated floors in the kitchen and bathroom, pet friendly.

The shower needs a lot of cleaning- it has mold, doors are broken. Washing machine is a weird thing - I couldn’t figure out how to use it and it was really dirty.

The location is good; noisy but close to all main attractions. Cleanliness should be better.

The owner is really generous with towels and bed linen. If its hot, you won’t have any problem finding a right cover for cooler sleeping. The location is close to the center, ferry, main street.

The owner should give more attention to the property. The washing machine pipes were dripping, one pipe was not connected at all. The TV was not working untill we noticed batteries of the remotes were expired and rusty. There was no ironing board, clothes rack, coffe brewing pot (french press would be great). Windows of the bedroom are wobbly, get disconnected and cannot be opened in a tilted position. The kitchen table seemed shaky - we had to fix the legs of it. The shower drain was clogged. Doors of the shower were moldy, black residue in the drain. The cabinet surfaces, fridge and microwave doors were stained. The curtains were grey from dust. There was dust and sand on the shelves. Somebody’s sock in a washing machine was left. Finally, the sponges for dish washing and bathroom should not be left to use after the previous tenant, but the new ones put. The appartment really needs deep cleaning, fixing and more utensils such as more hangers for clothes, scoop for floor sweeping, drain pump, more spoons and forks. It should also be noted that its pretty noisy due to central location; and really hot on sunny days. A conditioner would really help.

Good place for short stay

The apartment is located in the city center, walking distance to grocery store, restaurants, parks, etc. Good Wi-Fi, first floor, free parking. Contactless check-in and check-out.

To turn on the TV programs was complicated. The washer is also complicated to use, doesn’t drain all the water out.

Patiko tik lokacija.

Labai netvarkinga... Nuo lubų iki grindų visur nešvaru.... Indus teko persiplauti, kad galima būtų naudotis... Sienos murzinos, voratinkliai kampuose... Už baldų dulkių kamuoliai... Teko persiolauti dušo kabiną, kad įpilti ir nusiprausti būtų galima, visur apskretę nešvarumais... Baisu..

Viskas buvo puikiai, patogi vieta, geras butas, švaru tvarkinga ir patogu, paliktas vandens butelis po kelionės atsigaivinti. Aiški informacija kaip patekti į butą ir dėl parkingo viskas aiškiai pateikta 👍 ačiū šeimininkams.

Nerekomenduojama mėgstantiems nepriekaištingą švarą

Patiko apartamentų vieta ir, kad butas pirmame aukšte, bei jo išplanavimas.

Nejaukus, nutrintas butas, priplėkusiu kvapu. Įėjus krenta į akis sena sofa, prie kurios nemalonu liestis nes matosi, kad niekad nevalyta. Čiužinys užsidėti taip pat senas sutrintas. Patalynė tik 50/50 kad prieš tai kažkas su ja nemiegojo. Paklodes nusipirkome patys. Virtuvės spintelės purvinos, indai.. nedrįsome naudoti nepersiplovus. Mikrobangų krosnelė, nelietėm išvis. Vonioj dušo kabina sulūžus, nubėgimas užsikimšęs, teko patiems valyt, nes vanduo bėgo per viršų, pajudinus pasipylė visas kanalizacinis dumblas, prasmirdo butas. Spintelės durelės purvinos, skalbimo mašina neveikia- negręžia rūbų. Pats klozetas tikrai buvo pavalytas. Bet likęs butas, tai švara tikrai nekvepėjo, net rozetės purvinos buvo 🙂

Buvome 3 seserys,praleisti savaitgalio. Puiki lokacija,viskas arti,tvarkinga,švaru,viskas ko reikia.

Gaila,kad butas neturi savo parkingo automobiliui,mes virtuvėje pasigedome popierinių rankšluosčių ar vienkartinių servetėlių,bet čia tiesiog mūsų pastebėjimas,jei būtų kitas kartas ,manau grįžtume.😊

Šeimininkai paslaugūs ir atsakė į visus klausimus. Butukas ramioje vietoje, švarus. Viskas buvo taip, kaip aprašyta. Patogiai gali miegoti 5 asmenys.

Vonia ir tualetas vienoje patalpoje. Jei daugiau žmonių (5) - gali tekti palaukti... Užtrukom, kol suradom maisto produktų parduotuvę :)

Labai gera lokacija. Priešais yra gražus parkas su puikia žaidimų aikštele, Danės upės krantinė, kuri labai gražiai sutvarkyta, galima pasivaikščioti ar pasėdėti ant suoliukų.
