The staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and all the common areas were very clean. Location is near the beach.
There is no elevator.

The villa is located in a very quiet and nice area that's close to the beach. There's a store nearby, and multiple bus stops. The room we stayed at is quite spacious and clean. The bed is big and comfortable. The hostess and staff members are friendly and helpful.
The second we arrived, there was a very unpleasant smell of sewage in the room. Later on, the hostess confirmed that that's exactly what it was. They were having some issues with their draining system, and the whole toilet (sometimes even room) smelled terrible. The hostess was apologetic about it and offered us a free breakfast. She also tried using various cleaning liquids to help the situation, but on the second day, it was clear to see that the smell won't go away. I was quite disappointed by the fact that we haven't been informed about this issue before arriving. It's unprofessional. Also, I noticed that we're not the first travellers to bring up this issue.
Furthermore, there's weird a smell in the fridge. I put some of my food in there, and it ended up smelling quite unpleasantly. I believe the fridge needs to be cleaned out or replaced.
When you turn on the light and ventilation in the bathroom, it makes a lot of annoying noise. Something must be broken.
Finally, none of the staff members or the hostess herself was wearing masks. Given that Covid is still a thing, I didn't feel safe.
