Comfortable and easy week in Klaipeda at Sandra's place.

Comfortable and easy week in Klaipeda at Sandra's place. Was here for the ICES ASC 2025 conference presenting research work on marine ecology at Klaipeda University. Not always fluid but clear communication with Sandra allowed to safely arrive in the appartement late at night, around 3 o'clock in the morning. Localisation of the appartement was perfect between the University and the town center. Appartement was clean and very welcoming with water, wine and candies. Sandra and here Housekeeper were extremely kind. Thank you!

The location was perfect - we could walk everywhere wit kids. At the same time, the apartment was in a calm and silent district. The apartment was very clean, fantastically beautiful and everything was thaughr over. There was all we needed. The beds were very comfy, so after a long day we slept like rocks! :D

Lovely apartment situated steps away from Klaipeda's center. The apartment is modern and equipped with all you need for a comfortable stay. Upon arrival, the apartment was clean and fresh. The bed is very comfortable and bathroom was spacious with a nice shower.

The provided bathroom towels were clean, however they felt and looked old and worn.

It is very close to the center, clean, neat and cosy. There is everything one may need during a family journey - from kitchen staff till washing machine and iron. The host is polite and professional - we got all the information on time and everything went very smoothly.

There is no privet parking, so, be ready to pay for the parking between 8 and 18. The apartment is located on the 3d floor and we didn't find an elevator.

Labs dzīvoklis par labu cenu

Laba atrašanās vieta, pastaigas attālumā kafejnīcas, kanāls. Klusa apkārtne. Pašapkalpošanās check in/out, bet dzīvoklis varēja būt tīrāks.

Īsti nebija saprotama norādītā bezmaksas autostāvvieta. Blakus ēkai bija slēgta autostāvvieta, bet tā nepienācās kopā ar šo mājokli. Vēl bija maksas autostāvvieta, kurā reti bija brīvas vietas. Taču, kā beigās izrādījās, tur varējām likt auto nemaksājot, jo mājokļa īpašnieks laikam pirms tam jau bija apmaksājis šo autostāvvietu. Bet par šo sadaļu noteikti ieteiktu saimniekam izstāstīt skaidrāk, ja jau tiek reklamēta šī "bezmaksas" maksas autostāvvieta.

Kitus variantus atmečiau, nes jie neturėjo parkingo. Tai prioritetas. Baldai nauji, lovos čiužinys neišgulėtas, labai patogus. Ant stalo radome mineralinio vandens, vyno ir saldainių.

Doporučuji, rádi příště využijeme znovu.

Krásný nový apartmán, kompletně vybavený, možnost parkování v okruhu domu zdarma do 200m po nahlášení auta a SPZ (občas se muselo chvíli čekat na chycení volného místa). Všude lze dojít pěšky. Výborná a rychlá komunikace s majiteli skrze zprávy.

K apartmánu nemám výhrady. Třetí patro bez výtahu, schodnice byly o trochu vyšší než jsme zvyklí, tak s plnou náloží kufrů to byl trochu výkon. Škoda, že není možnost parkovat za závorou přímo u domu (místo bylo téměř prázdné), protože pak od auta se musí s věcmi trochu popojít - ale to je jen poznatek nezahrnuji do celkového hodnocení. Jediné mínus - chtělo by to vyměnit fén - bála jsem se ho použít :).

Nerekomenduoju ir negrįšiu

Patogi lokacija. Karštoms vasaroms yra kondicionierius. Radau skalbimo miltelių ir hig. priemonių vonioje. Virtuvėje kava, arbata ir pan. Vaišėms paliktas alkoholinis gėrimas su spirito kvapu ir skoniu (panašiu ale į vyną).

Vėlavo įsiregistravimas (nes tvarkytoja nespėjo sutvarkyti buto) ir informacijos atsiuntimas patekimui į butą. Teko kaip šuniukui laukti po durim 45 min. Nebuvo TV pultelio. Šeimininkei pranešus, buvo pasiūlyta meistro vizitas ir naujo pultelio nupirkimas. Bet atsisakiau, nes tikrao neleidžiu niekam trukdyti mano poilsio ir ramybės. Tuo turėtų būti pasirūpinta iš anksto. Nebuvo stalinių šviestuvų, kurios buvo pavaizduotos nuotraukose šalia TV. Kadangi vakarais norisi blankiau, tai pagrindinės šviesos buvo per daug ryškios. Na, ir mano supratingumu, bute turėtų būti ne tik švaru, bet ir estetiška: rankšluosčiai ir patalynės užvalkalai nuskalbti (aš tokius naudoju skudurams), šlepetės suplyšusios, nunešiotos smarkiai, lovatiesė dėmėse, o vonioje ventiliacijos anga apaugusi dulkių sluoksniu ir dušo galvutė smarkiai apkalkėjusi. Po tokio vaizdelio tikrai nesinorėjo ten būti, bet teko. Nepatogios pagalvės - užpildas sušokęs į gumbulus. Miegojome ant svetainės dekoratyvinių pagalvėlių. Kadangi ir anksčiau yra iš kitų nuomininkų parašyti komentarai, panašu, kad buto savininkams visiškai nusispjaut ir nieko neketina keisti ir pagerinti komforto sąlygas. Ir dėl triukšmo - garso izoliacija labai prasta. Taip, sutinku, kad Centre visada buvo ir bus judesio ir triukšmo. Bet esu gyvenusi bute toj pačioj lokacijoj, tik šalia esančiame name, tad turiu su kuo lyginti garso izoliaciją. Šiame bute jos praktiškai nėra. Girdisi kiekvienas nukritęs akmenukas. Net miegant su ausų kamštukais paryčiais (6-7 val) pabusdavau nuo gatvės triukšmo. Niekada dar to netekę patirt.

Labai geri apartamentai, miesto centre, daug parduotuvių ir kavinių aplinkui. Švaru, tvarkinga, ramu. Na gal televizorius galėjo būti kuo modernesnis, nes negalėjom pajungti Disney+ vaikui arba Netflix. O taip viskas buvo puikiai, nieko netrūko. Rekomenduojame
