Great value and an enjoyable stay.

Great location, an easy walk to the attractions. Room was small but clean and warm with a big comfy bed. Friendly staff and overall excellent value for money.

Couldn’t fault The Bailey at all. We were made to feel welcome as soon as we walked through the door. Check in was very easy as was checking out. We had Room 5 and if all the other rooms are of this quality you’re in for a treat when you stay. The hotel is about 5min walk from the Winter Gardens and was ideally placed for what we wanted. Would definitely stay there again.

The shower wasn’t as powerful as we’d have liked but that’s a minor quibble.

Fab location, clean!!

Perfect for a one night stay. Room was like being thrown back to the 70’s! I loved it! It was clean and comfortable which is all we needed.

The sink wasn’t in the bathroom, it was a very small one actually in the room which was a little strange. However, sometimes I don’t read the small print so maybe I should have known! And nowhere to sit down have a drink, like a bar or just a room, but there was a pub just up the road so not a problem 😊

the bathroom was tiny, there was no hand towel in the bathroom. The volume of stairs were not mentioned before hand, 52 stairs up to the room was hard going as an asthmatic

This is the worst place to stay. I had requested ground floor rooms and they put us on 3rd floor. No elevator! C/in at 11.30pm and noticed the surrounding is very scary. Stairs are just 2 ft wide and barely walked to the 3rd floor with luggage. All our 3 rooms were on 3rd floor. Did received confirmation email that they will put us on ground floor! This place looks like a prison. Bathroom shower is 2x2. I would not stay at this place again. No trash can in the room. You can’t move around comfortably even in the room. No ventilation. Bathroom door can be barely open all the way. Sink had single handle faucet can’t mix the water. Absolutely disgusting experience…

Good and bad points

The location and decor are both top notch. Staff were very pleasant. Value for money is great.

My room still wasn't ready on arrival at 4.30pm but I get that all businesses may have staffing issues from time to time. My room was top floor; the lighting in there was really poor so avoid if you need to use a mirror as there isn't one in the bathroom and the bedroom is dark even with the light on. The sink is also in the room and not the bathroom. The bed is springy and noisy but I still slept OK after a long night out.

Beautifully decorated room Bed really comfortable and omg the pillows were heaven,. Best pillows I've ever used, tbf lol. Felt really safe here, good security keypads on doors. I would recommend it to anyone but more so if you are a female solo traveller It's very near to North station Hosts and lady when I left were so friendly THANK YOU x

Have saved to come and stay again

The room was lovely and the overall hotel was really nice, can tell it’s just been renovated! Lovely staff very friendly and welcoming. A 5min walk to north pier and lots of small car parks close by (round the block)

The bed was a bit too hard (but this it personal preference tho) and pillows were high but soon realised you get 2 pillows in one case so removed one and it was comfy. Bathroom was on the small side with the sink in the bedroom, but it was all very clean and tidy and smelled fresh.

The location was very good within walking distance of pubs and clubs , the North pier and the Tower

I was happy with everything, The price we paid for 4 of us was cheaper than a lot of other accommodation so our expectations were low but the accommodation exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend the Bailey Hotel for a stay in Blackpool.

The king size bed was amazing.. comfy relaxing sleep.. room size was well bigger than usual bed n bearfast hotel.. bottles of water in room. Good size toilet n shower room. Easy access to centre of Blackpool... loved our stay n will definitely be staying here again.
