    No staff on arrival had to phone number attached to front door Shower freezing cold and wouldn’t heat up No heating on in room had to turn valves on ourselves Plug no near kettle so had to boil it on floor Shower water whilst waiting to heat up leaked into bathroom floor

    It was very clean, rooms are nice.. a little small but cosy we had a big bathroom too. Loved the decor, bedding was comfy. Would stay again and recommend

    This hotel is a perfect location if visiting Blackpool, if you're looking for somewhere to sleep at the end of a busy day doing tourist things, then there nothing better for the cheap price of the room

    Arrived to check in only to find a mobile number to call for help. A few minutes later a staff member come to let us in. However, the room we were led to was not cleaned from the last occupants. The guy said he would get the room cleaned but would take about 15 minutes. Given that I now realise the hotel isn't as good as the reviews have said, I really didn't want to stay. The guy went away and found keys for another room that was ready. The room was very basic and badly run down. No heating ( well the radiators wasn't on ) There was a musty smell throughout the hotel. We made a cup of tea the next morning only to find the small pot of milk must have been off as we had curdled milk. The shower had no hot water so was unable to take one. I think the reviews given for this hotel have been falsely given by friends or family as it's really bad. I wouldn't recommend this hotel what so ever. I do get that you get what you pay for, and we've learnt a lesson from this.
