    Excellent location and view from the window from a small but comfortable room. We are used to a larger bed and bathroom space. Check in was bad for long waiting in a queue and check out slow wanting help with other cars blocking. So difficult to use the car we went everywhere by tram' Entertainment below average - 3 'belting' loud singers and a comedian lacking good material.. Mainly self service food we rated good. We are not keen on all inclusive since we do not drink much alcohol

    Most staff were lovely,, especially the tall ginger chap in the restaurant area. Reception staff were fantastic. There were no toilet brush in the toilet though is my only critique.
